PLC Enrolment Procedure

The application and enrolment procedure for further education colleges is less complicated than that used for the higher education system. So how do students apply for plc courses? The steps involved are outlined below..

  1. Application form The application can be downloaded from college websites or requested via telephone / email. This is then emailed or posted directly to the college.
  2. Attend the interview Applicant will be invited for interview.
  3. Accept place on Course Successful applicants will be notified of the offer of a place on a college course by post, email or phone call from the Head of Department. Students must secure this place by paying the relevant course fee before a set date. Failure to do so may result in the place being offered to another applicant.
